Year One - Growth and Green Fingers
In Maths, we have been practicing our number bonds to 10. In RE, we have been learning about Harvest and how it is celebrated. We built our own Sukkah. In DT, we have been making a healthy fruit product and have been developing our chopping, slicing and grating skills. In English, we have retold the story of the Enormous Turnip. We then changed it to make it our own. In Science, we have been investigating plants and trees.

5B upcycling single use plastics
Year 5 have been focusing on how we can help save the environment. We looked at the problems caused by single-use plastics and then designed a way of upcycling them. We hope you like our ideas - plant pots, pencil pots, treat boxes and a 'lava' lamp.
