As we are unable to meet for Prayer & Praise on a Thursday, I thought I would take the opportunity to share some of the traditional tales from around the world about Christmas.
For many years I have seen and bought Poinsettia plants but I had no idea why they were associated with Christmas! In this video I am sharing the story all about the Poinsettia and why it is associated with Christmas. I hope you enjoy the story!

Thank you for sharing the significance of the Poinsettia. It helped us reflect on our Advent Journey. We had a discussion on how the star lead the way to Jesus and how light is a symbol of hope. We also thought about how we can shine bright today.
